Registration
Registration and conference fees payment will be possible only online, between 15th April and 30th June 2025. Registration is mandatory for all participants. For each accepted paper (oral or poster presentation), at least one author has to register in full and be present at the conference. Posters sent by post or brought to the conference by other people will not be accepted.
Conference fees
ASMOSIA XIV offers only full 5-day conference passes (15th–19th September 2025) for active ASMOSIA Members. Conference fee for regular participants is 150 €.
Students are able to register at a discounted rate of 50 €.
The conference fee for accompanying persons is 50 €. Accompanying persons who would like to attend the conference will have to register as regular participants.
Conference fee for regular participants and students includes
- attendance at the conference sessions
- coffee breaks at the conference
- conference kit
- book of abstracts
- entrance fee at the City Museum of Ljubljana
- opening reception on 15th September 2025
- afternoon programme on 17th September 2025 if you choose the archaeological or the geological tour of Ljubljana or the visit of the Restoration Centre. For the trip to the Podpeč quarry and the pile dwelling exhibition MorostIg a contribution of 30 € per participant is foreseen.
Conference fee for accompanying persons includes
- opening reception on 15th September 2025
- afternoon programme on 17th September 2025 if you choose the archaeological tour of Ljubljana and of the City Museum of Ljubljana or the geological tour of Ljubljana. For the tour to the Podpeč quarry and the pile dwelling exhibition MorostIg a contribution of 30 € per participant is foreseen.
Charged extra
- conference dinner on 18th September 2025: 50 €
- trip to the Podpeč quarry and the pile dwelling exhibition MorostIg (5 h) on 17th September 2025 afternoon: 30 € (but you can choose one of three other tours which are free of charge: archaeological or geological tour of Ljubljana or visit to the Restoration Centre)
- full day excursion to Šempeter, Celje, Vitanje, Hudinja, Črešnjevec with included lunch on 20th September 2025: 80 €.

All participants of the conference should be active members of ASMOSIA. The minimum ASMOSIA membership fee allowing you to participate in the conference is € 20 for the years that pass from one to another conference, in this case 2025–2027.
The fee is applicable to both, new members and renewing ones (updating from whenever). It can be paid either directly to the Association’s bank account in advance or before check-in at the conference in Ljubljana. Become an ASMOSIA Member |

Cancellation Fees
before 31 July 2025: € 20
after 31 July 2025: no refund
If the invoice is changed after payment, the following fees are due:
€ 20 for each change of invoice or rebooking
€ 50 in case of chargeback (claim of credit card payment with the credit card company)
